All female members are allowed to self-refer to certified nurse midwives (CNMs), obstetricians and gynecologists on ProMedica Medicare Plan provider panel. In addition, female members are also allowed to self-refer to women's health specialists on the ProMedica Medicare Plan panel for routine and preventive health care services if their PCP is not a women's health specialist. ProMedica Medicare Plan does not use quality, member experience, patient safety or cost related measures when selecting practitioners or hospitals for participation in the network. Member experience measures are used when re-credentialing network practitioners.

Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.

From October 1 to March 31, you may call from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m., seven days a week.

ProMedica is closed on New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (Fourth of July), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. If the holiday occurs on a Saturday, the Member Services Department will be closed on the preceding Friday. If the holiday occurs on a Sunday, the Member Services Department will be closed on the following Monday.
